Early Childhood Assessor The Early Childhood Assessor will be responsible for conducting reviews of programmatic compliance, collecting grantee data, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Assessors will be trained in and use the Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale - 3 (ECERS-3), and compliance tools. Training on these tools will be continuous to ensure fidelity, accuracy, and reliability.


This position is contingent upon contract award. The role requires regular travel throughout the state of Illinois.

Fiscal Monitor The Fiscal Monitor supports compliance monitoring initiatives and performs compliance reviews. This work entails testing to ensure sufficient internal controls are in place to comply with Federal and State statutes, regulations, rules, grant agreements, and procedures. This position mandates meticulous attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in written work.


This position has the potential for up to 25% travel.


Project Manager: Fiscal Monitoring The Project Manager manages client relationships and deliverables for fiscal and compliance monitoring projects. This may include performing compliance reviews to ensure sufficient internal controls are in place to comply with Federal and State statutes, regulations, rules, grant agreements, and procedures, completing complex risk assessments, managing, and training staff, and developing monitoring tools. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail with a keen understanding of statutes and regulations governing federal grants.


This position may require up to 25% travel.
