Areas of Expertise: ​John Hooley serves as a senior advisor, subject matter expert, and project manager to Federal, State, and Commercial entities. Mr. Hooley helps executives and management teams proactively address opportunities to improve mission and business operations and outcomes through organizational,
process, data, and technology improvements. He is currently leading efforts to expand financial, operational, and performance data analytics in support of Guardrails 360™, Agent Tipster™, and Meaningful Monitoring®—the Vander Weele Group’s proprietary grants compliance and monitoring solutions.
 

Mr. Hooley is a graduate of the University of Maryland, a CPA in the State of Maryland, a Project Management Professional, and Certified Government Financial Manager.
