Resource Guide: What the DOE Says about New Grid Infrastructure and Resiliency Programs

As the Department of Energy (DOE) rolls out the grid infrastructure and resiliency grant awards funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, it has also introduced 2 CFR 910 (Supplemental Guidance). These new regulations supplement 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) with provisions that apply to for-profit subrecipients and grantees. Is your team ready for the Supplemental Guidance?

To get you started, we've put together a resource guide that explains the ins and outs of the major grant programs, which portions of the Uniform Guidance still apply, and which provisions are supplemented or supplanted by the new 2 CFR 910.

Additionally, on October 24th, we're hosting a webinar that takes a deep dive in 2 CFR 910 and everything you'll need to know to keep your DOE-funded programs in compliance.
