Caryn Tripp serves as as the Vander Weele Group’s Lead Early Intervention Monitor Payee Specialist for Early Intervention Technical Assistance and Monitoring (EITAM). In her current role, she provides compliance oversight and technical assistance monitoring conducting Payee and Complaint reviews. Caryn serves as a subject matter expert in technical assistance creating internal resource materials, approving external reference materials, and administrating peer reviews. She serves as a representative for EITAM supporting the Bureau of Early Intervention and Department of Human Services and serves as a member of three State Systemic Improvement Plan leadership teams. Caryn has worked in early intervention and special education for more than 15 years. She has been instrumental in conducting compliance and quality assurance reviews identifying trends that advance systemic change. Caryn has a keen understanding of state regulatory policies and procedures under the Illinois Department of Human Services Rule 500 EI Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Maryville University.
