​Sarah Wilson serves as the Project Manager for the Vander Weele Group’s federal oversight program. In this role, she leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating nationwide oversight activities. She oversees operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and quality management to support independent oversight.

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and has a decade of experience leading compliance, regulatory, contract management, and operational improvement initiatives across the aviation, legal, education, and financial services industries. She brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance, quality management, process improvement, risk assessment, and program development. She is passionate about building effective oversight programs that promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
